What is Trancendental Yoga?
Trancendental Yoga combines the body work practices of Yoga and the internal mind mending power of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
We host groups, series workshops, and single themed events, ranging from beginner, to advanced Yoga and Meditation practicioners.
This isn't your typical session because you'll go DEEP...
...And we mean...REALLY deep!
Some of our Trancendental Yogis in our Tribe (The TY Tribe) have expressed that they felt like they were leaves drifting down a river, or the weightless feeling of floating in outer space.
Based off of the meditative practices of transcendence - or - achieving the "second state of meditation" - which is to find a calm and restful mental space, Trancendental Yoga can easily get you into that depth of meditation because we incorporate the use of poweful hypnosis techniques and trance states into the Asana & meditation practice itself.
Yoga's original purpose was to prepare the body to enter a meditative state, so by cascading Yoga directly into hypnosis, you can immediately shift your mind into a deep state of being while allowing your body the rest and relaxation it deserves.
All meditation is hypnosis, however, not all hypnosis is meditation, and ANYBODY can do it because all hypnosis is self-hypnosis!
This means YOU can do it too!

The Trancendental Story
Marissa and I know the power of Yoga and Meditation through our own practice in our personal lives and yet we knew there had to be a way to easily help anybody reach that deep level of transcendence that creates life changing transformation.
During our studies with Life Coaching and Neurolinguistics Programming, we found that clients were getting the results they wanted, but it took awhile before they could see tangibility of their efforts.
This is very similar to new Yoga and Meditation practicioners.
Sure, they can achieve the life of their dreams, however, it might take months and years of practice before they ever reached their goals.
Our coaching practice took a massive change when we introduced Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy - and honestly, we were SHOCKED at the results!
With these new skills, we began helping clients with a wide variety of problems ranging from lack of self-confidence, self-esteem, weight loss, chronic pain, headaches & migraines, past trauma, anxiety, insomnia, depression, and stress.
The best part about it though, was our clients were seeing IMMEDIATE life improvements the very same day they had an appointment with us.
They slept better, their depression disappeared, they stopped feeling anxious and stressed, their mood improved, their pain went away, they felt more confident, more successful, and more capable in their lives.

As a collective, we have over 5 years of experience and are certified in Yoga Instruction, Life Coaching, Neurolinguistics Programming, Hypnosis and Clinical Hypnosis (Hypnotherapy!)
In our individual practice, we support people who are feeling stress, anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, self-limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and feel like their life will never get any better.

Trancendental Yoga is for you if you are the kind of person who is looking for something more than just a regular Yoga routine and want to incorporate life changing, DEEP meditation into your practice. We use Neurolinguistics Programming Fundamentals and Neo-Eriksonian Hypnosis language patterns into the session, which means ANYONE can reach a deep and profound state of meditive trancendence because you are guided in the journey by an expert hypnotist!
Remember - ALL meditation is hypnosis, but not all hypnosis is meditation.
Trancendental Yoga is for ANYONE and EVERYONE. We have some flows that are beginner friendly, some that are intermeditate, and others are advanced. With a vast amount of expertise you will always find a class that is perfect for you!
Because we combine hypnosis and Neurolinguistics programming language patterns into the session and guide you the entire way there is no chance you could get it wrong. Whether you are a beginner or advanced Yogi, this meditation will take you on a DEEP internal journey.
Hypnosis is 100% safe! All hypnosis is SELF-hypnosis! You are in full control, meaning that you'll never be asked to do something that would be unethical or immoral. You'll be guided into a natural trance and through your hypnotic journey, with your ecology and safety constantly at the forefront of the practice.
Hypnosis and unconscious change work is safe and effective because YOUR unconscious mind is always aware and attentive of your mental and physical health.
The empowering suggestions given to you are just that, suggestions, but you'll always be given suggestions that are congruent with your morals and ethics.
Our certified Yoga instructors and Hypnosis facilitators undergo continual training and mentorship to ensure they are always learning the most effective and comfortable means of helping you achieve a successful practice!
You can anticipate each session lasting anywhere from 90 minutes - 2 hours! Sessions combine Yoga and Hypnosis throughout the entire flow, so you'll naturally ebbing and flowin through deep, profound states of trance.
Each session cost varies depending on the time and depth.
However you can anticipate anywhere from $47 - $97 for individual events and special workshops.
Because this isn't your average Yoga session, you'll feel incredible afterwards and easily start integrating new behaviors, goals, habits, and new ways of thinking and giving your body the love and appreciation it's been needing!
Yes! We are trained to work with clients around the world as well as in person!
Sessions times are Eastern Standard Time! (EST)
We offer in person sessions as well as remote sessions either through the phone or utilizing video chat technology using Zoom.
If you are joining us in person, you'll just need to bring your Yoga mat, some comfortable clothes, and a bolster or yoga blocks if you'd like them. You can also bring pillows and blankets for the deep hypnosis session that happens during savasana, however they are not required.
If you are joining us online, you'll just need a stable internet connection, Zoom, wireless earphones or earbuds are also highly recommended, and everything else listed above! (Yoga mat, bolsters, etc)
