Frequently Asked Questions
What makes it different?
We combine Hypnotherapy & NeuroLinguistics Programming (NLP) as well as traditional guided meditation principles into a 10 - 30 minute flow.
How does this help?
Hypnosis is an amplifier to the experience. That's what makes Hypnotherapy so powerful. When used properly, hypnosis amplifies the state of being, mental imagery, sounds, feelings, emotions, and reality.
The Entire Experience
During a traditional guided meditation you are walked through mental imagery that is meant to take you a deep level - however, when you add hypnotherapy & NLP you end up maintaining the profound emotional and elevated states even after your meditation is finished. You embody the entire experience through the use of NLP principles and the powerful use of your unconscious mind and Hypnosis.
This guided tranceformation meditation will enable you to deeply enter sleep because the hypnotic technique used is quick and powerful. In this meditation you will be guided by my voice and taken on a mental journey into a deeply relaxed state of mind; where you will then be sent into a deep and profound state of trance in order to enter sleep peacefully.
Enjoy and appreciate your journey on becoming the best you possible because you are worth it.
